Such was the success of the summer trip that we've decided to continue in the same vein over the summer! So it was that a small band of intrepid divers headed off to Vobster yesterday (Sunday) to complete some Sports Diver training. Despite losing the services of Jess and Baker (get better soon!), Simon, Ben and myself knuckled down to the task in-hand. This was made easier thanks to the 18'C water temperature - warmer than the sea!! The end result was thus:
CONGRATULATIONS to Charlotte Thomas, Eleanor Dickson and Katherine Porter, who are now officially SPORTS DIVERS!! Also, a hearty WELL DONE to Fran Hockley and Carrie Powell for completing SO1, SO2 and SO4, and are therefore well on their way to becoming Sports Divers!
Thanks also to Amanda and Emily for being excellent Dive Managers, and to anyone who gave me cake or cookies - yum!! Thanks to Ben and Simon for instructing, and to Simon for driving the kit van, who had to tolerate my hopeless sense of direction when trying to pick up Katherine - D'oh!!
